Everyone has different questions. But here are our top 10 frequently asked questions.

  • Can you give medications to my pets for me while they stay with you?

    • Yes we do. If medication is provided, we will follow the vets instruction to a T - ensuring your pet is taken care of. We do not charge extra for giving medication.

  • When are y'all open?

    • We are open 7 days a week, even on holidays. Check in/Check out is 8:00 am to 10:00 am or 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm every day.

  • Do you spend time with my pet?

    • Yes we do! All of our guests receive lots of love and attention.

  • I have an emergency and need to drop my pet off outside of your hours. Can you accommodate me?

    • Yes we can. Call us to make accommodations.

  • Do you require your boarders to have shots?

    • Of course, we want all of our guests to be safe and healthy.

    • Dog requirements:

      • Rabies

      • DHLPP

      • Bordetella

      • Negative fecal exam

    • Cat requirements:

      • Rabies

      • FVRCP

  • Will my animal be crated?

    • No. We provide comfortable, private indoor/outdoor accommodations for all sizes.

  • Do you offer a multi-pet discount?

    • Yes! Contact us and we will give you the rate breakdown.

  • Do you offer group play for boarding dogs?

    • No we do not. We take pride in safety, security , and cleanliness. We are not willing to risk your pets safety.

  • Do I need to provide bedding for my animal?

    • If there is something specific your pet loves, we encourage you to bring it, as long it is machine washable. We also have beds available here that your pet is welcome to use!

  • Do you provide food for my animal?

    • We prefer that your pets diet remains the same, it is easier on their stomach. But if you cannot provide your own food, we feed Pedigree Adult Formula.
